REVOR - NEONEST II

3D product showcase for Revor's Neonest II. The world's first fully circular bed frame made from 100% recycled materials. Featuring exploded views, internal structure reveals, and award-winning sustainable design. Winner of the Balthazar Innovation Award and Henry van de Velde Award in the Environment category.

Neonest II is more than just a product render; it's a celebration of circular design and Belgian innovation.

For this project, we focused on exposing the hidden beauty beneath the surface. The 3D visuals peel back the layers to reveal the internal honeycomb structure, the patented Neoconnect click system, and the way individual recycled plastic components interlock into a cohesive, ultra-durable frame.

We played with dramatic lighting and deep green tones to give the visuals an almost biotech feel. The exploded views show how the slats, frame, and upholstery come together without a single screw or tool, whilst close-up shots highlight the intricate lattice pattern of the post-consumer recycled polypropylene material.

The project was featured at the Brussels Furniture Fair 2025, where Neonest won the Balthazar Award for Best of Innovation, and later took home the Henry van de Velde Award in the Environment category. It's also been showcased at major trade fairs like Interzum and Brussels, where Revor's stand presentations brought the product to life for international buyers and hospitality clients.

This was a rewarding project to work on, seeing a product born from recycled bottle caps, food packaging, and car bumpers transform into something sleek and modern in 3D. Huge shoutout to the Revor team for pushing the boundaries of sustainable design. Proud to have been part of this journey!
